Nowadays the importance of trade fairs, particularly international trade fairs, is not to be undervalued.

In this globalized world, trade fairs play an important role for small and medium-sized businesses that want to present themselves, compare themselves with enterprises from other countries, and compete with them in a better way. These criteria enable a direct comparison and thus the current position of one´s own product on the international market. By this comparison the adaptation and marketing of one`s own product is achieved on an international level.

The companies that present themselves at trade fairs are just as important for their countries. It can be observed that industrialized countries, partly due to their superior marketing at trade fairs, get a bigger share of the market.

We think that developing countries will make up for their inferior marketing by participating in trade fairs. After all, trade fairs are places for selected companies from all over the world.
